2010 PACKAGES FOR THE KENNEBEC & DEAD RIVER TRIPS

North Country Rivers' main base complex is located on the scenic banks of the lower Kennebec River, and is the largest and most complete in Maine.  It includes over 60 acres of pristine land; great lodging and recreational opportunities of all kinds. You can swim, fish, walk, hike, bike or snowmobile (in winter) on established trails. Best of all, for a first-class Maine vacation, we have every amenity; from standard tent sites, framed platform tent sites, RV sites (all three season), and log cabins (4 season).  We also have coin operated showers (for campers and rafters), a game room, pool tables, Patrick's" Restaurant and Pub.

Our Standard Campsites are partially wooded, include fire rings, and a picnic table.  They're within easy walking distance to our main lodge. If you will be camping, then be sure to bring your own tent, sleeping pads, sleeping bags. etc. 

For those who want a little more comfort, we offer Platform-Mounted, Wood-Framed Canvas Tent Sites. The platform tenst have screened-in doors and windows.  These units will sleep 4-8 people comfortably (bring your own sleeping bag, pad and pillow as well). If you have an RV, you'll find the large sites we have much to your liking, we offer on-site electrical & water hookups, cable TV, there is a dump station available.

Finally, if OUR Kennebec and Dead River base complex lodging is full, we can STILL provide you with excellent lodging (and lodging rafting packages)! To do this, we we work with Maine's best B&B's, hotels, Motels, Inns and Hunting Outfiters - and package prices remain the same!

NORTH COUNTRY RIVERS: KENNEBEC & BIGELOW CABIN INFORMATION

BIGELOW CABINS

The Bigelow Cabins are built on one floor - 28x22. They have two bedrooms (each with one bunk bed - double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, and one roll-away bed), living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and shower. There is a frontporch with a roof, outside fireplace and grill. These cabins can sleep 2 - 10 guests per cabin. The Bigelow cabins are perfect for couples, families and smaller groups. Two guest minimum on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) and a four person two night minimum on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and long weekends). Minimum occupancy requirments are lower when purchasing meals packages or renting power sports equipment (ATV's or Snowmobiles).

KENNEBEC CABINS

The Kennebec Cabins are built on two floors - 28x32 first floor and 14x40 on the second floor. The first floor has two bedrooms (two double beds in one bedroom, one double bed and one set of bunk beds in the second bedroom), living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and shower. The second floor has six twin beds two double beds and three roll out cos. There is a front porch with a roof, outside fireplace and grill. The Kennebec cabins can sleep up to 24 guests per cabin. Six guest minimum on weekdays and a twelve person two night minimum on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and long weekends). Minimum occupancy requirments are lower when purchasing meals packages or renting power sports equipment (ATV's or Snowmobiles).

	Pets are allowed. The charge is $20 per pet per night. All pets must be leashed and under supervision at all times. Please book in advance with your reservation. We reserve the right to exclude some breeds of pets.
